    Ready in 10ish minutes

    Serves approximately 64 servings

    Ingredients

    • 1 medium onion, chopped

    • 8 cloves of garlic, crushed or chopped

    • 1 jalapeno peppers, chopped

    • 1 lemon (the zest and the juice)

    • ⅓  cup fresh grated ginger root (or ginger powder)

    • ⅓  cup fresh grated horseradish root (or horseradish powder)

    • 2 tbsp dried rosemary

    • 1 tbsp turmeric powder

    • ½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon

    • ¼ tsp cayenne powder

    • apple cider vinegar

    • ¼- ⅓ cup of raw honey

    Preparation

    1. Place all of the ingredients EXCEPT THE HONEY into a quart-sized glass jar. Be cautious with the jalapeno and horseradish because they can burn the nose and irritate the skin. Use gloves when handling the jalapeno to avoid skin irritation.

    1. Pour the apple cider vinegar in the jar until all of the ingredients are covered and the vinegar reaches the jar's top.

    1. Use a piece of natural parchment paper under the lid to keep the vinegar from touching the metal, or a plastic lid if you have one. Shake well and remember to shake daily to mix the ingredients. Store in a dark, cool place for a month or so.

    1. After one month, strain out the pulp, pouring the vinegar into a clean jar. Next add the honey and stir until incorporated.

    Tips

    1. Take 1 Tbsp. up to 3 times daily when ill. You may also take a few times a week to keep up good health! Enjoy!
