Chicken Spinach Salad

Every family needs a fresh, quick salad recipe on hand for those busy week nights. If you have cooked chicken on hand, this recipe will only take assembling. Plus, you have a meal that is packed full of vitamins and tastes scrumptious!

Serves 2 people
Ingredients
2 cooked chicken breasts, chopped or shredded
6 cups of baby spinach, or any salad mix you prefer
1 carrot, shredded
2 apples, cored and chopped
1/2 cup of walnuts or pecans
A dash of salt and pepper
Olive oil and red wine, or balsamic, vinegar for dressing
Preparation
Mix it all up and enjoy!
