    Spiced Hot Chocolate

    Imagine drinking an absolutely delicious cup of hot chocolate that has anti-inflammatory properties! This recipe is truly delicious and nutritious, especially for women!



    Ready in 10 minutes

    Serves 1–2 people


    Ingredients

    • 2 cups of whole milk (raw is best!)

    • 2 tbsp of honey or maple syrup

    • 2 tbsp of cacao powder

    • 1/4 tsp of Ceylon cinnamon

    • 1/4 tsp cardamom


    Preparation


    1. Heat the milk until it is barely simmering.

    2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until combined and the honey is melted.

    3. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!


    Tips

    1. Add a topping of whipped cream for extra tastiness! Recipe: In a mixer, blend 1/2-3/4 cup of whipping cream, add a splash of maple syrup and 1/2 tsp of vanilla. Blend until a whipped cream texture is acquired.
