    Peanut Butter Power Balls

    This recipe is quick, nutritious and a family favorite. I love having this on hand for a postpartum snack, or just as a go-to high protein snack for the whole family. It is so easy to make and has endless options for variation.



    Ready in 5ish minutes

    Serves 24 servings



    Ingredients

    • 1 cup of peanut butter

    • 1/2 cup of honey or maple syrup

    • 2 cups of oat flour



    Preparation


    1. Place all the ingredients into a mixer and blend until the ingredients are well combined.

    2. Scoop in to tablespoon-sized balls and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

    3. Then, they are ready to enjoy!


    Tips

    1. Other delicious ingredients to add to this recipe are: raisins, chocolate chips, nuts, seeds, or coconut flakes.
