    My Latest Favorite Cleaning Product

I have been on a reading binge lately. The topic: Hormonal Health. It seems to be a big deal these days, especially because even people with very healthy lifestyles are struggling with some hormone imbalance. Why do so many people, especially women, struggle with this? I have a couple theories, but I am not entirely sure myself. I do believe that it is a combination of things: the environment, diet and stress, just to name a few...

Anyway, I decided to start making some small changes for my family in our home. I try to embrace the sentiment:

focus on what you can control,

and don't waste time or energy on the things that you cannot.

So, I began with cleaning products. Of course, I will frequently use lemon, vinegar or essential oils to clean my house, but there are certain things, a mirror, for instance, that those products will not clean properly. It is also nice to have a little variety!

I finally found a really cool company, Truly Free Home.

You can visit their website here: https://trulyfreehome.com/products

Now, I will pause and say that I am not sponsored by them in any way. I just really love their products, at least the ones that I have tried so far. Their dish soap smells amazing! I really like their everyday cleaner, and I was impressed with how well their glass cleaner worked! Those are the only products that I have tried thus far; I purchased the laundry detergent to try out next. If that works well, I will be stoked!

One final note, it is so nice to be able to use a cleaning product that does not dry out my skin or inflict a sore throat once I am done cleaning the house! Life as a mother can be challenging, but when you have the right tools to do your job it becomes a satisfying challenge.
