Mom's Sleepytime Tea

Are you having trouble sleeping? When you wake in the middle of the night do you have a hard time falling back to sleep? No doubt, sleeplessness is a struggle for some moms. But, sleep is vital for their health! This tea might not be the tastiest drink you've ever tried, but it sure is effective!

Ready in 10ish minutes
Serves 1 serving
Ingredients
1 tsp of lemon balm leaves
1 tsp of spearmint
1 tsp of grated orange peel
1 tsp dried marjoram
1 1/2 cups boiling water
Preparation
Boil the water. Add the herbs into a reusable tea bag or infuser.
Pour the water into a cup with the herbs and steep the tea for ten minutes.
Enjoy and pleasant dreams!
Tips
Add a tablespoon of honey for extra sweetness :)
