    Mom's Sleepytime Tea

    Are you having trouble sleeping? When you wake in the middle of the night do you have a hard time falling back to sleep? No doubt, sleeplessness is a struggle for some moms. But, sleep is vital for their health! This tea might not be the tastiest drink you've ever tried, but it sure is effective!

    Serves 1 serving



    Ingredients

    • 1 tsp of lemon balm leaves

    • 1 tsp of spearmint

    • 1 tsp of grated orange peel

    • 1 tsp dried marjoram

    • 1 1/2 cups boiling water




    Preparation


    1. Boil the water. Add the herbs into a reusable tea bag or infuser.

    2. Pour the water into a cup with the herbs and steep the tea for ten minutes.

    3. Enjoy and pleasant dreams!


    Tips

    1. Add a tablespoon of honey for extra sweetness :)
