    Tips for a Congested Baby

    As far as childhood illness goes, a little congestion in my babies never scared me. Congestion was more of an annoyance that created issues with the baby's eating and sleeping. Have you ever been woken up every 20 minutes during the night with a stuffy-nosed kid? Have you ever tried to nurse a baby who cannot breathe out of his nose? These two scenarios can cause quite a bit of misery for both mom and baby. But, fear not! There are some simple solutions that have helped me and I believe will help you as well. Unless the baby has any other symptoms other than congestion, my treatment is pretty easy and straightforward.
