Mom's Lotion Recipe

For years I have looked for the perfect lotion recipe. I have made many bad batches; batches that I had to chisel off and melt before I could apply them and batches that were so runny that I hurriedly rubbed in before it dripped on the floor. But, alas! I have found a perfect balance.
