Essential Oils for Mastitis

The first time that I experienced mastitis, I called my mom crying. At first, I thought I had the flu and felt like a train had hit my body. It took me a little while to figure out what was going on. Once I did, I called my mom in desperation. Before I share her advice, let me tell you some of the things that have caused me to get mastitis.
